The three-letter codes that tag templates and end every report filename. Load-bearing types (source→load runs) add a Load/destination token to their filenames. Codes themselves can't be renamed here — that's a deliberate migration-level act, since existing templates point at them. Delete is guarded: a TLA any template or report still uses refuses with a count, and canonical seeded types can't be deleted at all — only mistaken additions can.
